Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Time
Standard U.S. shipping takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
All orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse for fast delivery, no long international wait times.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping on all orders over $40

Flat rate of $2 for orders under $40

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of the shipping date, please contact us at support@thewagwearhouse.com and we’ll help you out immediately.

Order Changes
We process orders quickly, but if you need to change your address or cancel your order, email us as soon as possible, we’ll do our best to catch it before it ships.
